Return and Refund Policy

CANCELLING AN ORDER:

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 24 hours from the moment of ordering it and provide a reason for doing so. In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within 7 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached, in some cases, we accept the one-time used items “such as a cosmetic product in which is required to be tested once”.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item:

REFUNDS

If the items were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You.

If the items were marked as an item is a sale when purchased, You’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You.
